The Seasonal Communion, was introduced in 2005.  It's held in church at 10:00 a.m. on the fourth Sunday of the month and acts as a bridge between the Parish Communion and Family Service.

The service, whilst preserving the theme of the Parish Communion, has a much more accessible format.  Each service has a clear central theme and uses just a single service booklet.  (The Parish Communion, like many other churches, uses a hymn book, service book and notices/readings sheet.) 

The Seasonal Communions don't use the more-formal language of the Parish Communion.  However, we've maintained our strong musical tradition with a selection of popular hymns.

The services are already proving to be very popular and continue to be developed in both format and style.
