Story Club
Calling all parents, god-parents, and grandparents of children between the ages of 3 and 6 years.
We are hoping to start a STORY CLUB in the Spring.
This would be for accompanied children only.
It would take place in the Parish Centre after school on a Wednesday and would last about an hour.
The idea is that you would come along with your children, enjoy some refreshments with us, then we would organise games, activities and a story for the children.
The story might use puppets, might use drama or craft-work, might be a video or might be simple story-telling.
Bible stories would be used within the range of stories and each session would include a simple act of worship.
There will be a space and toys set aside for children under the age of 3 and children over the age of 6 would have a supervised area where they could read or get their homework done.
There would be a charge, but this has not yet been costed in detail.

Before we can start we do
need more people who would be willing to act as helpers. You would be
asked to help about once a month and you would need to be CRB checked. If
