First Parish Walk - 17th May 2009

Our first walk was a great success.  Around 30 of us gathered at the church on 17^th May.  Our numbers ranged from a baby in a buggy through to some of the more mature members of the congregation.  The weather was somewhat blustery with the threat of rain although luckily we only had occasional drizzle.

We had a marvellous stroll following Roger as he strode ahead carrying a large staff.  (Is our Vicar turbo-powered?)  The views were breathtaking.  We are so lucky to live in such a beautiful part of the county.  We all admired the local flora and fauna as we chatted away happily and laughed loudly.  Why not join us on our next stroll?  You’re sure to enjoy it.
